  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.

  3. Shipping the Item: Return the item to us at the provided address. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges
